DELIVERY INFORMATION

Product deliveries are carried out free of charge by the shipping companies LİNOYA works with.

Deliveries within Turkey are generally made within 1-5 business days.

If there is an error in the specified address, the customer who placed the order will be contacted regarding the undeliverable order.

The validity of the e-mail address provided by our visitor is confirmed by an automatic e-mail sent after the order is transmitted.

RETURN INFORMATION

The products you purchase are under LİNOYA's guarantee.

You can return the product you purchased in its original box and, if available, its dust bag, as you received it, without opening its packaging, damaging it, or using it, within TEN (10) days from the delivery date.

For returns, you can send the product back by first sending an e-mail to info@linoyaartisan.com to obtain the necessary information. Our company will not be responsible for any delays that may occur if you send the product without notifying our company about product returns via e-mail. Shipping costs for product returns are borne by the customer. The responsibility for the product will belong to our customer until the product you want to return reaches our company.

Please open and check packages you suspect may have been damaged during shipment in front of the shipping company official upon receipt. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product and have the cargo company draw up a report. Please remember that you have accepted that the shipping company has fully fulfilled its duty once the product has been received.

Returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged, or tampered with will not be accepted.

The customer is obliged to return the product in the condition it was in when delivered to them and to compensate for any loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use, if use has occurred.

In the event that the customer returns the product or withdraws from their purchase, the product price will be refunded within ten (10) days after the returned product reaches us and its returnable nature is confirmed by us. The refund for the product to the credit card is made by your bank within 2-6 weeks. Our company has no control over this period.

In cases where any deterioration, damage, tearing, use, or similar conditions are detected in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the condition it was in when delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the product price will not be refunded.

You can contact us for any defects that may appear after the product reaches the customer.
